2023 FORT QU'PELICAN RIVER RACEThe 8th Annual Fort Qu'Pelican River Race returns on July 1st, 2023.
Tickets are $5.00 each from any member of the Fort Qu'Appelle and District Lions Club, local merchants, or via etransfer @ fqlions@gmail.com. Come out and watch the race after the annual July 1st parade. Pelicans will be dropped in the water East of the dam on Bay Avenue at 2:30 pm, racing down the river to just East of the highway bridge on Broadway Avenue. Pelicans will be available on race day for purchase until 1 pm. Winners will be announced at approximately 4:30 pm at the Fort Campground, during the kids games South of the washrooms. |
